In 2020, the National Earthmoving Machinery Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Standardization Committee) submitted a proposal report to the International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC l27 “Earthmoving Machinery Technical Committee” to establish the ISO/TC127/SC5 “Sustainable Development Sub Technical Committee”.
